Please refresh the page if you do not see a player above.]<br \/><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Federal Reserve Chairman Kevin Warsh testified Wednesday before the Senate Banking Committee, facing questions over the the economy and how various factors might impact interest rates.<\/p>\n<p>Part of congressionally mandated Capitol Hill appearances for the central bank leader, Warsh spoke Tuesday to the House Financial Services Committee.
